Skateboard Truck Re-design (Before and After)
This Assignment was set within the module Product Engineering Design to re-design a part of a skateboard, truck, which holds the axle (Truck).
The task set was to decrease the overall displacement in three directions to less than 2.5mm and a factor of safety with 1.25.
To undertake this task I had to analyse material properties, CAD analysis, FEA analysis and problem solving.
