Partners in Primary Care Central Communication Platform
When Humana needed a way to communicate changes effectively between it's Partners in Primary Care facilities in 4 different states in various regions of the country, I was given the task of bringing that to life. Using Google apps like Forms and Sites, I was able to create a series of questionnaires and place them all in a central location that was accessible to everyone and could immediately communicate any necessary information to the right people.
