Social Media Campaign to Increase Internal Associate Engagement via Social Media
The goal for this project was to increase awareness of social media to internal associates and to encourage them to engage with the company's social media accounts.
This promotional campaign was part of an annual improvement plan for our marketing and communications department. This promotion took place a week before Halloween. I created a "secret video" that could only be seen by associates who participated in the promotion. I created this card that was handed out with candy to each internal associate.
This promotion increased internal associate engagement by 35%
