While working at Axis Marketing, I had the enjoyment of managing a fun street team consisting of young adults, mainly ages 18 through 25, promoting nightlife in and around the Denver area. Our general tasks included street, home and business canvassing, nightly canvassing for downtown nightlife companies and I would assist the owner of the company with general tasks related to event production and promotion. I set up and designed their website - www.getaxis.net - as one of my first web projects. I enjoyed being able to be very self-driven and was faced with many new challenges, but learned I like working with a team, as well as having creative input and ability to grow within my career.
