Aribsi Lounge Chair is made of 1/8” Baltic Birch ply. The project’s design goal was to push the material to its limits. Through a serious of stress studies and tests, Aribsi’s rib cage was born. Completed with a canvas and neoprene seating surface and sealed with polyuretheane, the cage like form interacts beautifully with a variety of surfaces such as carpet, concrete or sand.
