Drift Boot
The Drift boot was a unique challenge in fishing footwear. Using super durable yet traditional materials in key areas and complimenting this with the innovative adoption of KPU over moulds and 3D moulded synthetics to create structure and reduce weight and water absorption created a stand out wading boot for fly fishing. The cup sole design utilises a hidden EVA midsole as well as a series of rubber lug inserts of a proprietary rubber compound that aids in grip to slimy rocks. This compound is based on existing technology for another purpose and then seriously tweaked and tested over many iterations to get to something that works well for fly fishing.
