Custom mailer to generate awareness of available office space for lease. Using the client's "chew on this" concept, I created a design inspired by the classic 5-stick Wrigley's gum pack.

This direct mail piece was distributed to current member and target demographics in the tri-state area. The promotion helped reach target goals for new memberships and generated excess revenue from current members opting to renew early in order to take advantage of the special offer.
