A National Level organisation, NCDC, was looking to get complete renovations for their VIP lounge area, and construction of a reception. While re-designing the lounge, the color Orange was primarily used, having known to increase appetite. As the location of the lounge was on the topmost floor, the windows were stripped off their curtains. making the beautiful views visible and lots of sunlight to filter through,lighting up the place. The window sills were converted to countertops, where people could now sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while sinking in the views. Wooden panels, and concealed strip lighting was used, and the logo of the organisation was used as an accenting element.
As the area allocated for the reception was under the building, an innovative concept was used to highlight it. Tensile fabric stretched over steel members over a concrete flooring, gave the desired modern and elegant look for the visitors.Smart space usage lead to the creation of ample waiting area.
