Monk
The project aims to reinterpret and redesign the classical typology of kitchen chair with oriental aesthetic. Monk Chair is a stackable chair with capacity up to 4 pieces.
The shape of chair is designed with only rounds, arc and lines to present its rigorous proportions. The line of back rest and the outline of seat are concentric circles to give a coherence perception. The ends of legs and structures are rounded to be more visually friendly. And the seat is well curved at the top to offer the comfort to users. The Monk series is made in oak wood with two color variation, light and dark (black) oak wood.
