Sketch Models for a slip cast tea set
A series of 1:10 sketch models exploring forms for a tea set. The concept for for the tea set was based around tea making as a social process. The forms took on a zoomorphic edge: cups as eggs to a mama-wren, kits to a mama-hare.
The 1:1 model of the cup is handle-less and double-walled; the three-sided pebble form is pleasant to hold with one or two hands.
