FABRIC CONSTRUCTION
This project aims to develop a sensitivity to fabric design as an interplay between construction, material, structure, form and function. So the initial Concept is achieved by developing a Visual narrative on Birds flight and Bird feed Culture through an extensive field work.
The key elements in the narrative are explored as abstractions using materials like, paper, acrylic, glass and wood to achieve texture, rhythm and composition on Textiles. A color and material palette is developed that leads to a collection of Coordinated Surface designs and Hand Woven Rugs.

HANDCRAFTED RUGS
This project involves a thorough study done on birds and bird feed. The dispersing birds and scatter of grains is interpreted through different explorations on paper and fabrics which lead to a collection of handmade rugs and coordinated fabric surfaces.
