Located on the ground floor of the luxury Cheval Blanc hotel, the inauguration in 2021 of the “Limbar” new tea room highlights the space's flagship furniture : a backwall of 32 light niches and mirrors enhances the pastry of chef Maxime Frédéric ; structure is decorated with frame and parts in patinated ebony-brown bronze with specific “coffee bean” pattern then punctuated by eroded trapezoidal wooden panels, signature of the artist Ingrid Donat. The “Limbar” counter enhances this tea room ; dressed in 19 eroded wooden panels and trapezoidal-shaped bronze bands with an ebony-brown patina, this centerpiece is topped with a plate including a polished yellow Brescia stone whose color recalls the gourmet specialties.
