Dutch destination for this 7th architectural journey to follow the many docks of Amsterdam: we stop there in front of an impressive floating tower spread over
3 levels. This architectural project is probably one of the most spectacular since we are now leaving the mainland : the tower is securely "moored" - via 4 solid wooden
pillars - to one of the quays of the famous floating district of Ijburg Dutch capital ;
consisting of 4 levels if we include the ground floor, this floating triplex of 55 sq/m offers an extraordinary transparency and brightness since the floors include
"slabs-glass“ : nautical and acrophobic people abstain ...
!Inspired by some New-York buildings, the 3 stainless steel tilting stairs provide access to every level.

Inspired by some New-York buildings, the 3 stainless steel tilting stairs provide access to every level.
In addition to the stainless steel tilting stairs, it is also possible to go up and down each level of this atypical triplex via a vertical metal ladder.
Travel is carried out either by land or by sea via a steel mesh platform.
The ground floor platform is specially dedicated to a glass garage flooded with light through large sliding bay windows and a ceiling with 6 glass slabs
Garage is closed by an electric blind, and adjoined to an armored door which marks the entrance of the Triplex.

The first floor platform of this triplex consists of a living room, a kitchen unit with an integrated hanging wood stove and a small office.
Flooring is made up of 6 glass slabs : transparency and exceptional brightness offer a unique spatial experience night and day.
This architectural project is probably one of the most spectacular since we are now leaving the mainland.
The second floor platform of this triplex consists of 1 bedroom with a folding Venetian wall blind in red fabric separating 1 W.C and 1 shower with sink.
Despite depth and reduced surface of ??this 2nd floor platform, bedroom provides ample storage space and functionnality.
The top floor roof terrace is made of weatherproof gray fabric folding Venetian blinds : Panoramic view over the Ijburg district and the Ijmeer is unique.
