Located in Winterhude, along the Osterbeck Canal.


The Culturehouse ARTlier is a place for the local community to learn craft skills or pass on their skills to those interested. It is a place for the community to come together, learn and explore the potential art scene in Hamburg, while also providing a temporary residency space for artists.


The building itself is divided into two parts - West & East. The two buildings follow the topography at the foundation, resulting in different heights of the two buildings, which are then connected by the main development in the centre.

This one-year studio was completed along with its construction, structure and other technical resolutions for the building itself.
