For this space, I was tasked to select a paint color for the walls & trim while also choosing wallpaper for a wall of my liking. I decided to go with a beautiful wallpaper design by York Wallcoverings called “Plein Air Wallpaper in Warm Neutral” and picked wall B to place it on. Wall B was chosen due to the amount of natural light it received. There’s a lot of texture & colors within the wallpaper and I wanted those to be highlighted and reflected throughout the space. Equally, the pattern on the wallpaper moves in a horizontal direction, creating a flowing rhythm, so I liked the idea of putting it on the widest wall with the most wall space to draw the eye across the room and make it appear bigger.
