Steam Punk Clock

Most steam punk art objects are mostly decoration which is, of course, fine. This is a fully functional clock.

To read the clock, the number that is either straight up or CCW from straight up is the hour. The minutes are indicated by the pointer. In case you're wondering, the clock is showing 6:45.

The trick here was getting the minute hand to rotate at the correct angular speed. Since the clock face itself is turning, the minute hand had to take that into account and spin at a slower-than-normal rate because the clock face is spinning beneath it.
