Floor Plan: The Floor Plan describes the layout and orientation of different spaces and rooms within the home. Wall and opening dimensions need to be accurate and exact, and annotations of specific features are used to best communicate the plan to builders.

Roof Plan: The Roof Plan is used to illustrate the directionality, pitch and length of the roof faces including where and how they join as well as the placement of features like vents, gutters and downspouts for the roof of the proposed structure.

Elevation Plan I: The Elevation plans are generated directly from the Floor and Roof plans and display the home from the side as opposed to from above. These plans act as a visual guide for the exterior visual appearance of the home and continue to identify the sizes and locations of various features such as trim, vents and finishes in order to efficiently direct construction.
