Deck of Inner Peace - Week 10 (3 of 3) - This week we had to make 3 sets of playing cards using the outline used in the tutorial at http://vector.tutsplus.com/tutorials/designing/create-your-own-gothic-looking-card-deck/ We had to make 3 different sets using different color schemes. This is my 3 color analogous scheme. I used a light orange, a light yellow orange and a light yellow.

This one is my 3 color split-complimentary. I used a dark shade of red orange, a dark shade of red violet and a dark shade of green.

Game informer Replica - Week 9 - This week we reverse engineered the type on this magazine. All the type but the word GAME INFORMER was done with the type tool. GAME INFORMER was done with the pen tool. I did everything except the character and the background.

Q-Tips Poster - Week 8 (3 of 3) - This week we had to make 3 posters in the spirit of the "Object Poster" ("Sachplakat"). The object of this assignment is to use the Live trace option in illustrator. So I did not draw the Q-Tips myself, and I traced the logo with the pen tool.

Orville Redenbacher's Popcorn Poster Week 8 (1 of 3) - This week we had to make 3 posters in the spirit of the "Object Poster" ("Sachplakat"). The object of this assignment is to use the Live trace option in illustrator. So I did not draw the bowl of popcorn myself, and I traced the logo with the pen tool.

Football Zombie - Week 7 - This week we had to pick an image that we liked and copy it in Illustrator. I chose Football Zombie from the game PLANTS VS. ZOMBIES by POPCAP GAMES

Completed Logos - Week 6 - I used the outlines from the logos done in the Week 5 Folder and completed them with the pen and pathfinder tool in Illustrator.

Week 5 Extra Credit - Used the pen tool to trace the Sunoco Logo.

Logos - Week 5 - I traced the outsides of some made up logos as practice learning of the pen tool.

The Pen Tool Exercise - Week 4 - I had to trace the word vector using the pen tool, following basic pen tool instruction points on the original image.

"Signs" - Week 3 - This week we had to duplicate signs that could be recognized by anyone. It was to teach us the pathfinder tool.

PLANTS vs ZOMBIES Monopoly Board - Week 2 Extra Credit - This week we had to duplicate the original Monopoly game board, and then "mod it" -- give it a theme. I chose PLANTS VS ZOMBIES by POPCAP GAMES. I did not draw the pictures, just put them on the board.
