Water Rescue Backboard
Water Rescue Backboard - The goals of this project were to make the water back boarding process easier and require less training. The backboard starts off neutrally buoyant so it can be easily positioned under the victim and then floats the victim to the surface once the lifeguard squeezes the blue handles underneath. The air bags also act to keep the victim's body centered on the board while the victim is being strapped down.
