Mobile Sports Sauna - Client requested a 'fresh design' to showcase their mobile health facility concept.
They required a conceptual design to promote interest from potential investors & end-users.
The resulting product is a mobile health sauna that can seat 10-12 adults whilst remaining easy to transport to sports locations/ fields.
The premise for this product is that health benefits of utilising a sauna are maximised when used immediately after physical activity.
OEM 'Biolite' Heater - Client is an OEM operating in Hong Kong & China. This slimline heater is based on a new 'Biolite' quartz ceramic heating technology that delivers infrared health benefits.
The 'Biolite' heater design was developed to cater to the contemporary appliance aesthetic sought by the client's European market.

Apartment Storage Solution - Apartment complexes are often short of storage. This product offers a solution by providing apartment tenants with a secure, roto-moulded storage product that occupies the 'dead-space' above the bonnet of a parked vehicle in a parking facility. Storage volume: 3 cubic metres.
This design has a robust, tubular + RHS powdercoated or galvanized steel support frame that is available in sizes to suit both sedans & 4WD SUVs.

GPS Animal Tracking Collar - Client is a custom electronics company that develops a range of technologies primarily for the scientific research industry.
This is a GPS/ Radio Telemetry collar that captures geospatial data to increase livestock-farming productivity through better knowledge of animal behaviors and pasture interaction. The enclosure is designed to withstand outdoor conditions as well as general abuse inflicted by the cattle & deer to which it is fitted.

Quadwash / ATV Storage Shed - This flagship product for an NZ startup company is a semi-automated quadbike wash-down shed targeted at dairy farmers & lifestylers who wish to prolong life of their equipment.
Primary configuration; the user rides their bike into the Quadwash, exits & closes door, turns the Quadwash high-pressure system on. The quad bike is cleaned via a fixed plumbing network by strategically placed high-pressure, wide angle sprayjet nozzles.

Paint Roller Cleaning Tool & ISUZU Ute Toolbox - The paint roller cleaner is an injection moulded plastic tool designed to aid the process of effectively cleaning paint rollers (to maximise their useful lifespan).
The ISUZU ute toolbox is designed to fit between the rear wheel humps in a ute tray, providing secure, weather-resistant tool storage. I became involved in this project at the production phase. I was engaged to resolve a number of fundamental areas to support the toolmaker & ultimately provide a positive outcome for Isuzu Japan.
Delonghi User Guide & Radio Tracking Collar Release Mechansim - I designed the 20-page electric blanket User Guide for Delonghi(AU & NZ) to support their electric blanket market entry into Australasia. The aesthetic format I created was adopted for several other Delonghi product user guides.
Wildlife research tracking collar release mechanism: I designed & undertook extensive testing to develop a tracking collar release component using an electro-explosive metron actuator. This enables collars to be reliably released in the field without tranquilisation.
