Dentek - Lost Filling & Loose Crown Repair - DenTek, a consumer dental accessories business, worked with Philips Design Consulting for consumer insights and to better define its product experience, voice, image and ultimately, its brand.
I organized and led a design team that brought innovation and value through design to a range of emergency dental products. Solutions were developed from concept to prototyping and consumer testing to a successful launch into the market in 2007
Research & User Testing - In store exploration, user testing, benchmarking, market analysis, user interviews, unwrap experience analysis, product mapping, concept workshop with client.
Concept Development - Concepts were selected from a range if solutions. The most effective designs were prototyped and evaluated with users to determine the optimum form and angle of application.
Communication & Packaging Development - Packaging and communication concepts were developed and selected for prototyping. Developed in collaboration with communication and graphics dept.
Final product design. - Double injection molded parts provide flexibility and grip where needed.
