I can't log in to my account. What should I do?
You can have your login information resent to you via email by going
to the 'Forgot Password' page. If that doesn't work then call us
at 1-888-756-8282 (toll free) and our helpful staff will take care
of you.

You can have your login information resent to you via email by going
to the 'Forgot Password' page. The system tracks your login info
from the email address you used to register, if that email address
is old and no longer working you can call us or email us and we
can look up your login info for you.
How can I reset my password?
On your account summary page there is an option to 'Change Password'.
Click that link and update either of them at any time.
How do I update my portfolio?
You simply login to your account using your secure name and password,
then click on edit profile. Switch to preview mode to view how your
portfolio will look to the public.
How do I know how many people have viewed my profile page?
Your account summary page will show an overview of traffic to your
portfolio.
How can I temporarily hide my portfolio from the public?
Within edit mode you have 3 privacy options, which can be changed
at anytime:
Privacy
*Show profile and portfolio to others
*Portfolio accessible via personal url only
*Do not show profile and portfolio
Image specifications:
Images: jpg, jpeg, gif, png
Movies: .mov .qt
Flash: .swf
Shockwave: .dcr, .dir, .dxr
Do not use spaces when you name your files. Each of your images
should be kept at around 100k. Images should be saved at 72dpi.
Images should be saved in RGB color mode not in CMYK. This is very
important, your image will not show correctly if it is not saved
in RGB mode.
The size of the image can vary, but we suggest making your images
no more than 700 pixels wide. Try a variety of sizes to determine
what looks best for each image.
The system automatically-generates your thumbnail image for you,
but you also have the option of uploading your own thumbnail instead.
If you want to upload your own thumbnails, the file specifications
are 178 x 133 pixels saved at 72 dpi.
How do I send someone a link to my online portfolio?
Your Coroflot portfolio comes with a personal URL that you can send
to friends and potential employers as a direct link. The default
personal URL is www.coroflot.com/{your_user_name}. Your "User Name"
is the name you use to log-in to the site. So, if your User Name
is "CoreJr" your personal URL is "www.coroflot.com/CoreJr".
You can change the default setting at any time when editing your
portfolio. On the edit form you'll see a field labeled "Personal
URL". You can change the settings by editing this field.
How long before my portfolio is on line?
Your portfolio goes on line immediately. If you have just created
your portfolio and you don't see it appearing where it should, check
the "Privacy" setting described above.
My portfolio doesn't appear in searches.
Check your privacy settings within your account. If the Privacy
setting is set to private, your portfolio will not show up in search
results. To have your portfolio appear in search and browse results
your privacy setting should be set to "Show profile and portfolio
to others."
