ADA BUSINESS OFFICE: Floor Plan - The approximate square footage for the office space is 408 sq ft. The project requirements included designing a creative floor plan with dimensions that meet the specified rubric limitations. All of the design and work should be carried out in accordance with Florida Building Code 2004, other local requirements, and ADA accessiblity throughout. The placement of the secretary cubicals was strategic as a central location so they can easily communicate with all employees.

AUTOCAD BUSINESS OFFICE - The approximate square footage of the office space is 408 sq ft. The project requirements included producing the hand-drafted ADA Business office project as an AutoCAD drawing. The requirements included a reception room, conference room, drafting room, 4 offices, 3 secretarial cubicals, a director's office, director's secretary office, copy/mail room, restroom, and lounge/kitchen. All spaces are required to be ADA accessible.
AUTOCAD 3-D REPRODUCTION PROJECT: Original Photo of Reproduced Space - The purpose of this AutoCAD project is to reproduce a space using AutoCAD skills too simulate the look, color, and feel of the space. The space that I chose was found in "Interior Design" magazine, and was designed by the Domus Design Collection". The space was my first attempt at 3-dimensional AutoCAD design and is an interior living space with a relatively monochromatic color palette.

AUTOCAD FOLLY PROJECT - The purpose of this project was to design an imaginative figure or accessory (folly) to represent a particular concept. The entire design of the 3-D folly should be be based around the word or concept chosen, including color, shape and space. The concept I chose to represent was "Perky". By using bright, vibrant, warm colors, coupled with explosive and exciting shapes and objects, I created the folly's design.
FLORENCE STUDY ABROAD GROUP PROJECT: FLoor Plan - For the Summer 2007 Florence Interior Design Study Abroad Program, our class re-designed our Study Center. The study center needed a facelift, some spatial planning, and some re-organizational assistance. Working as if our class was the design firm, we worked to develop a more functional plan for the center. Each class member assisted in different aspects of the design process really making the new space come to life.
