Infill Design within the Boulevard Historic District - Here is the Block Plan for an infill project for DOC. There were strict Ordinances involved to maintain the integrity and feel for the neighborhood.
Floor Plan for Infill House - This was a fun project to work on for me. Once the house was built, my friend bought it! Now everytime I visit, it's like stepping inside my drawing!
Residential - Here is the finished outcome of the infill house. Based on the design of Railroad Houses within the area, the house has graceous living within a modest footprint.
Rear of Infill House - With the inclusion of skylights and large windows, the outside is brought inside, creating the sense of spacious living.
Kitchen Design - This was a kitchen redesign for a house within the Cobbham Historic Distric. The modern Ikea kitchen and bright colors fit impecably with the owners' style.
Kitchen Design Drawing - The Kitchen Design also included a custom designed banquet. It fit beautifully under the newly replaced picture windows.
Gas Station Design - Designing Gas Stations was a great opportunity to add to my experiences as a designer. I learned about Compliance Reports and detailing within Construction Drawings.

Truck Stop - Through working on the Gas Station, we also got the opportunity to work on a site plan for a Truck Stop Proposal. This was a great opportunity to learn about industrial design and how important site plan layouts can be.
Mercury Art Studios - This project was a renovation of a warehouse space into a group of artist studios.
Mattei Office Floor Plan - This project was a simple layout for my husband's office. It was an opportunity to see how small changes can greatly effect a space.
