SPS Logo
Designed a logo for SPS (Sonoco Performance System). SPS is the implementation of Manufacturing Basics as defined by the Corporate SPS Core Team. Practioners train, coach and educate plant level associates on improving zero based losses and key performance indicators such as manufacturing OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), product quality, waste reduction, process performance, supply chain efficiency, energy conservation, safety, and operating costs.
The logo has now been evolved into the brand image for SPS and is used at every single Sonoco location as they move through their journey. 3D laser engraved awards were made from the logo as well.
