Third Floor Plan - This floor contains 3 one bedroom apartments and 2 two bedroom apartments. My goal was to keep the elevators, recycling, & trash receptacles centralized with the fire stairs to code. Each apartment contains it's own laundry & individual balcony.
Second Floor Plan - This floor contains 3 one bedroom apartments and 2 two bedroom apartments. My goal was to keep the elevators, recycling, & trash receptacles centralized with the fire stairs to code. Each apartment contains it's own laundry & individual balcony. The second floor houses two ADA accessible apartments.

Commercial Space - The commercial space, located in the basement & first floor of the building, is meant to house a variety of tenants, each with adequate product display space. The space also provides private areas for only apartment residents, such as an elevator lobby & tenant storage units in the basement.
