Digitas Employee Referral Program Poster Series- Tasked with informing our workforce about the benefits of our Employee Referral Program (ERP), a design colleague and I created these posters to market the payoffs of the program in a manner that is both colloquial and comical. The first ad was the one used and was posted in the elevator lobbies on all floors across all offices, both stateside and internationally.
