Sensus Water Meter
The goal was to produce structural / cosmetic housings that could withstand a difficult drop test. The industrial design really pushed the limit for internal space and it was a challenge to maintain size while making the parts moldable. Both the top and bottom housings each are produced with molds requiring eight actions for snap features and cosmetic details.
