This program has been running since 2010 and has gone through several upgrades as technology has moved forward and executive commitment to video as a coaching and recruiting platform increased.

We were awarded the "Best YouTube Informational Series" in 2015 by the Internet Marketing Association.

Videos created by the executive team are shown at office meetings, uploaded to YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook and promoted through other company social media channels. Select videos are also included as a portion of the companies recruiting drip campaigns.
