UX Process
How does one make UX processes work in an Agile or LEAN environment? Counterintuitively, a bit more process can make a difference. These graphs illustrate a process I co-developed with product management at OCLC. The goal was to allow for strategic product/user research while at the same time providing engineering with the support they needed to actually build product. Mission accomplished!
