A proposed 2-storey office building for an accounting firm. The building has a total floor area of 420 square meters. At the ground floor are waiting area/lobby, operations/staff areas for 35 people, a huddle room, the president's office, filing area, small pantry and a common restroom. At the second floor are the conference room, a training room, a kitchen/pantry, a general storage room and two toilet and baths. The Owner wanted this office building that can be converted into one of his future home.

The Booth or Kiosk Design was another venture of the client in providing their services at different commercial area/malls in the metro. They are opting for providing booths at selected malls as marketing tool, instead of bringing in immediately a retail store which is more costly.

Proposed Bungalow, Taguig City - A 100 Sq. M. residence located in a subdivision near Bonifacio Global City. Client wanted to have a basic & simple secondary house at the South side of Manila that can primarily be used by their children working at near-by business districts. Design concept & considerations were tropical-inspired maximizing function, natural light and ventilation. A garden at the back of the house & separate driveway was provided for family gatherings. Living, Dining, Lanai, Kitchen, 4-Bedroom, 2-T&B and Loft

Proposed Cafe, Quezon City - Total Floor Area: 78 Sq. M. Location: Quezon City, Philippines Located on a corner space within a commercial strip building in a residential and school zone area. Client wanted to have a modern cafe that can attract the youth/students and be a family-oriented venue. One of the main considerations of Client was to use wrought iron steel chairs and the color red as motif of the cafe.

Three-storey Resthouse with Roofdeck, Tagaytay City, Philippines - Total Floor Area: 250 Sq. M. Location: Tagaytay City, Philippines Located on a corner, relatively sloping site in a subdivision. Client wanted to have a simple, low-maintenance rest house just enough for 'over the weekend' stay to enjoy the cool weather of the city. Lower Ground: Garage & garden Upper Ground: Private areas, two bedrooms with toilet & bath at each room with a private garden for master bedroom Second Floor: Common-living, dining, kitchen, lanai Roof deck for gatherings/meetings

SEER Technologies Inc. Office Renovation, Makati City - The company is a Filipino-owned software company that provides local and international enterprise software services. Client wanted to update the look of the existing office that will suit the fun and young professionals with minimal interruption during renovation works. Design concepts are to play will bright colors and wall elements to liven up the dull gray and white-color of the existing office.
