Hermenegildo Mercado

This project features a sustainable modern asian house with unique interior features using natural stone finishes and wood recycled from very old structures. Door designs differ from each other using two tone hardwoods. The stairs handrails and steps were taken from an old bowling alley. The chairs and table were recycled from old bridge supports, and the wood flooring were taken from very old houses. It is designed for maximum natural lighting and ventilation. It uses a solar water heater.
